Program Application DeadlinesApplication deadlines vary, so it is important to plan for an exchange program well in advance. In general, the application deadlines are the following unless otherwise noted in the program:
Placement is competitive at several ISEP sites and application by the First Round deadline is often necessary. The application deadline for an ISEP program is January 15 of the year before you want to study abroad. The TnCIS summer programs require that students apply by February 10 before the summer you want to study abroad. The study abroad office processes applications throughout the year. Please contact an advisor at tigersabroad@memphis.edu if you have missed an application deadline date to see if you may be able to submit a late application. Scholarship Application DeadlinesStudy Abroad scholarships are available for full-time graduate and undergraduate students at the University of Memphis. Undergraduate students must have completed 45 semester hours and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Instructions to apply for a scholarship may be found with your program applications. The following scholarship deadlines are strict, applications returned after the published deadlines will not be considered:
