How do you feel about the undergraduate education you have received at the University
of Memphis? What would you change about your academic experience? What are your future
plans after graduation? These are just a few questions you will be asked when you
participate in the Graduating Senior Survey.
The Graduating Senior Survey is administered through the Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Programs and
Assessment at the University of Memphis.
Why do we ask for your participation? The University of Memphis surveys graduating seniors in order to gain an accurate
picture of the plans for each graduating class. Personal data are never released;
however, composite data are used for improving academic programs, accreditation purposes,
and reporting job placement statistics for prospective students and parents as well
as current students and parents.
We ask that all graduating seniors participate in the survey. Of the 1,290 graduating
seniors in May 2010 1,122 participated in the Graduating Senior Survey for a response
rate of 87%.
How the Graduating Senior Survey works?
- Completion of the Graduating Senior Survey is a final step towards your graduation.
- The survey is administered on-line and takes 5 to 8 minutes to complete.
- Students who have not filed their intent to graduate are not eligible to complete
the survey.
