LibQUAL+™ 2002 Dimensions
For the 2002 iteration of the LibQUAL+™ survey, the dimensions were once again refined
based on analysis of the previous year's results. While the same four dimensions were
retained, their titles were changed slightly to more clearly represent the questions
and data. The list below displays the dimensions, along with the questions that relate
to each of the four dimensions.
Access to Information (5 questions)
