Responsibilities: Provides leadership and vision for the centralized system of libraries that serves the information needs of the students, faculty, and staff of the University and the residents of the region. The dean has administrative responsibility for planning, budgeting, and decision making in support of the programs and services of the University Libraries. She represents the University Libraries on campus, in the community, and on the state and national levels.

Research Interests:Library cooperation, organizational effectiveness, organizational change, program assessment.

Responsibilities: Assists Dean of University Libraries in planning, management, and organization.

Research Interests:Tenure/Promotion Guidelines with academic libraries. Professional organization governance. Resource sharing.

Responsibilities: Manages the front office of the Libraries’ Administrative Office suite.

Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to the Dean of University Libraries.

Responsibilities: Oversees University Libraries shipping, receiving, deliveries, and mail services.

Responsibilities: Oversees the overall budget of the University Libraries as well as specific project related budgets.

Responsibilities: Assists Dean in matters related to organizational development and library assessment.

Research Interests: Tenure and promotion; faculty status for librarians; publications by academic librarians; cooking.

Responsibilities: Provides leadership in personnel matters for the University Libraries.

Responsibilities: Plans programs and coordinates projects to advance the outreach efforts of the Dean of University Libraries. Serves as the Libraries’ liaison to the Friends of the University Libraries and the marketing and development offices.

Research Interests: : Using special collections to educate and engage on and off-campus communities; facilitating student, faculty and community access to library resources; partnering with local organizations and institutions to create diverse programming inspired by library collections.

Responsibilities: Supervises the physical maintenance of the McWherter Library building.

Responsibilities: Provides administrative assistance to the Friends of the University Libraries, the Associate Dean of University Libraries, the Assistant to the Dean for Community Engagement, and the Administration Office.
