Responsibilities: Provides leadership and vision for the centralized system of libraries that serves the information needs of the students, faculty, and staff of the University and the residents of the region. The dean has administrative responsibility for planning, budgeting, and decision making in support of the programs and services of the University Libraries. She represents the University Libraries on campus, in the community, and on the state and national levels.

Research Interests:Library cooperation, organizational effectiveness, organizational change, program assessment.

Responsibilities: Assists Dean of University Libraries in planning, management, and organization.

Research Interests:Tenure/Promotion Guidelines with academic libraries. Professional organization governance. Resource sharing.

Responsibilities: Provides clerical support to the Administration Office and the Department Heads within the University Libraries.

Responsibilities: Oversees University Libraries shipping, receiving, deliveries, and mail services.

Responsibilities: Provides clerical support to the Friends of the University Libraries, the Associate Dean of Libraries and the Administration Office.

Responsibilities: Provides leadership in personnel matters for the University Libraries.

Responsibilities: Coordinates Friends of the Libraries, development, and public programming.

Research Interests: Libraries organizations; information ethics; values and communication in organizations; marketing the library.

Responsibilities: Supervises the physical maintenance of the McWherter Library building.

Responsibilities: Assists visitors to the University Libraries Administration Office; provides clerical support to Administration Office personnel.
