Our vision is to be recognized as one of the nation's great metropolitan research universities by 2012.

We are determined to increase the number of students in our Honors Program from 5 percent of the student body to 10 percent.

We will "fight like Tigers" to attract and retain faculty who will inspire our students and whose research will enhance our national stature.

We cannot achieve all of our goals alone; we need your help. Alumni and friends who contribute to the annual fund, endow scholarships and professorships and invest in the University in other ways are making a real difference.
