Early Intervention Procedures for Academic Advisors Advisor News and Links
Academic advisors play a critical role in the Early Intervention process at The University of Memphis.  Beginning Fall 2010, we can use True Blue Life to centralize Early Intervention communications.  Use this three step process to get started in True Blue Life.

Step One: Adding the True Blue Life Channel to Your eCampus Resources Tab

Step One instructions will help you set up the True Blue Life channel in your myMemphis portal on the eCampus Resources Tab.

Step Two: Looking Up Individual Students in True Blue Life

In the second step you will learn more about what to do when you receive notice that one of your advisees has been flagged by a faculty member for Early Intervention.

Step Three: Using the Communications Log to Email and Make Comments

Step Three gives you detailed information about how to document your communication with the student on Early Intervention.

For assistance with these instructions, please call Karen Thurmond at (901) 678-2783 or contact the college advisor in your academic college.
