The ALC offers face-to-face training events for faculty seeking to learn about UofM's eCourseware (Desire2Learn) learning management system. Faculty have two choices for onsite training.

1. Quick Start with eCourseware
   • Our session Quick Start with eCourseware is a two-hour face-to-face seminar, introducing eCourseware to faculty members. Faculty just beginning to use eCourseware or those seeking to know any update changes should attend.

2. Consultation Sessions
   • These are half-hour personal sessions, where faculty may sit privately with an ALC consultant to discuss specific eCourseware needs. Sessions can be administered either by email, face-to-face, or virtually by UMmeet (Adobe Connect web conference service).
   • To setup a consultation session, please complete a UofM help ticket request:
