Parents of the Year Nominations Due Soon!
The University of Memphis Alumni Association Parents Club invites students to nominate parents or guardians whose lives have been an inspiration to their student and to others as the 2008 Parent of the Year. The winner will be recognized during the Homecoming Parade and Pep Rally on Friday, October 24, the Parents Club Homecoming Lunch and the Homecoming Game on Saturday, October 25.
Applications are available in rooms 235 and 323 of the Administration Building, the Answer Center on the 1st floor of Wilder Tower and by clicking here. Applications are due on Friday, October 10, to the Alumni Center, or to room 235 of the Administration Building.
Parents Club Lunch
Parents Club members are welcome to a members-only Homecoming Lunch honoring Parents of the Year and nominees in the Alumni Center on Saturday, October 25. Thank you for joining us at Family Weekend 2008!
The event-packed weekend in April included the Blue-Gray Football game, softball games, a reception hosted by the Parents Club, and concluded with All-Sing. Thanks to all of our families for participating!
