Call for Nominations
Submit your nomination for the Outstanding Alumni Award to be presented at the annual
Alumni Reception at the 2015 Mid-South Conference on Communicative Disorders in February.
Nominees should be graduates who have made exceptional contributions
to recipients of speech-language-hearing services, their profession,
the community or the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders. The deadline for submissions is October 13.
Members of the CSD Alumni Chapter Board of Directors and CSD teaching and clinical faculty are not eligible.
