Training for the Race
Interested in running in our True Blue 5k race but not sure you are up for the challenge? We can help! We will be starting a True Blue Couch to 5k program through the Young Alumni Facebook page. Follow along with us and be sure to send in photos and your training stories throughout the program to help encourage everyone. Everyone can benefit, whether you are a seasoned runner or you have never strapped on a pair of running shoes. Be sure to 'like' our Facebook page for more information.
