The weekend will kick off on Thursday night, April 19, with the University of Memphis Association of Retirees (UMAR) Centennial Reunion Dinner in the University Center Ballroom. Tickets are $30 per person. Registration begins

Don't miss the unveiling of the Bronze Tiger Statue outside the University Center on Friday, April 20, at 1 pm. Next celebrate the achievements of our outstanding faculty at the Faculty
Convocation immediately following the Tiger unveiling.
Academic departments across campus will be hosting lunches and open houses throughout
the weekend. Be sure to check the Centennial Calendar for more information about times and locations of events.
The Department of Anthropology is also celebrating its 35 year anniversary. They will kick off the weekend with
a reception at the Jack Robinson Gallery on Main on Friday. Attendees are invited
to a free conference on Saturday from 8 am-12 noon followed by a gala dinner at the
Peabody that evening. The reunion weekend wraps up on Sunday with a free farewell

Campus will be bustling with activity on Saturday while many student groups host reunions.
Events include the Black Scholars Brunch, Black Student Reunion, Student Activities Council Reunion and Spring Fling Carnival, Black Alumni Mixer, Resident Assistant Reunion Open House, Frosh Camp Reunion, Emerging Leaders Reunion, Registered Student Organization Reunion, and the Loewenberg School of Nursing Reception. Don your True Blue Mask and join Young Alumni and Frosh Camp Alumni to celebrate the Centennial Anniversary of the University of Memphis at the Blue Moon Masquerade on Saturday, April 21, at 6 pm. The party starts with a sunset toast atop the Madison Hotel and continues
until the Blue Moon is high in the sky. Enjoy music, hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. The cost is $30 for Alumni Association members and $35 for not-yet members. Price
