This exhibition was on display between November 8, 2008 and January 10, 2009.

Baxter's work acts as a semi-autobiographical translation of life -- finding beauty
in the common place: seeing that the extraordinary is common. Her installation at
AMUM was built around sculptures reminiscent of Peter Bruegel's tower of babel using
multiple video monitors "rewinding fragments of past works combined with sound. The
exhibition was made posssible through the generous aupport of the Concordia University
Part-Time Faculty Association, and toured by Musée d'art contemporian des Laurentides.
