Mr. Chuck worked with the Art Museum in 1990 on this 12-minute video introducing children to tradition-based African art and storytelling. The moral of this story is that a man is never gone as long as his memory lives. In remembrance of Charles “Mr. Chuck” Scruggs (1932-2013).
