Soldiers currently serving in the US Army also have opportunities to partake in the
Army ROTC program. One option is the “Green to Gold” option. This option allows soldiers
to earn a baccalaureate degree and commission as a second lieutenant. More information
can be found at the following link. "Green to Gold".
Leader's Training Course
The Leader's Training Course (LTC) is the Army’s premier 2-year ROTC Program entry
point for college sophomores. Through the Leader's Training Course, students without
ROTC Basic Course experience can examine the Army without incurring an obligation,
and qualify for Advanced Course entry. The Army observes these students and determines
their officer potential in a leadership oriented, challenging, and motivating 4-week
(28 Days) training program at Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Simultaneous Membership Program
This is a program in which sophomore, Junior, and Senior ROTC cadets simultaneously

are not eligible to participate in the SMP and are deployable. Click the links below

Guaranteed Reserve Forces Duty is a Scholarship available only to SMP Cadets.
