Art Education Facilities



The art education curriculum resource center is located in ACB 112. It is 796 square feet and contains a variety of art education curriculum resources available for undergraduate and graduate students and alumni. All curriculum materials may be borrowed.



Both graduate and undergraduate art education classes are taught in ACB 114 (886 square feet) and ACB 137 (756 square feet). These classes include both hands-on art education studio activities and discussions. A projector, Smart Board and MAC are housed in ACB 114. They are used for presentations, class discussions and lectures. An electric kiln is housed ACB 114 for small classroom demonstrations and student lesson creating projects. ACB 137 contains a storage closet, which stores art education supplies. All art education field experiences, classroom observations and practicums occur in public schools, museums or community settings.
