L.I.F.E. - K16 community art collaboration (2008) Memphis Airport Authority - Art competition juror 2008) PRW The Power of Example. Collaborative art project with AMUM and AIA. Belz Asian and Judaic Museum – partnership with university art ed majors Charles Powell Community Development Center – Collaborative art-based community initiative Magic Moments . UCP of Midlands provided art instruction to disabled children. YWCA – After school art instruction at 4 Memphis City Schools. Red Hat Project – worked with families at Ronald McDonald house to teach them how
to knit, coordinate their participation in the University of Memphis Community art
project: Red Hat Project. Also helped with the performance art event. Ronald McDonald House – established partnership for students to teach art to children
and families on regular basis. Katrina shelters – worked to teach art in area shelters to families and children that
relocated due to Hurricane Katrina Martha’s Manor – Volunteered to teach adult women with mental challenges who attend
day center. Family Exchange Center – working with homeless and victims of domestic violence Shelby County Schools – providing professional development and working collaboratively
to place teachers for practicums and student teaching. Memphis City Schools - providing professional development and working collaboratively
