E-Mail Setup

After receiving your University ID you may call the Information Technology Services (ITS) Helpdesk at 901.678.8888, or visit their office at 100 Administration Building, to setup up your Universal UserID (UUID).

The UUID is a username shared among various services delivered to students, faculty and staff by Information Systems. Your UUID forms your e-mail address as follows: UUID@memphis.edu. This is your official address used by the University.

Following the initial account creation for Administrative users, the faculty/staff member should then visit the myMemphis portal login page and use the links in the bottom left corner to reset his/her account password.
