Research Interests:

• Utilizing both field and molecular data, my research focuses on the interactions between social behavior, reproduction, and population structure.  Working towards a better understanding how breeding systems and social behavior influence population genetic structure
• Applying the above knowledge to the management and conservation of animals and their ecosystems
• Educating non-science majors in the importance and relevance of biology in their daily lives.
