Research Interest
Hi, I'm Malle (pronounced Maya). I am currently researching populations of the southern
copperhead (Agkistrodon contortrix contortrix) in and around Memphis. I am specifically
interested in the consequences of urbanization on spatial ecology, physiology, and
genetics in copperheads. We use radio telemetry to actively follow tagged snakes in
Overton Park and Meeman Biological Field Station. If you are an undergraduate interested
