The class roster displayed in this report is obtained from the Banner production database and represents current system data. When photos are not displayed (the default), student data (name, email address, and Banner ID) is presented in a single column that is easy to copy and paste. Enabling the "Display Student Photos" checkbox presents a 'yearbook page' style layout with a student photo if it is available. Photo image files are copied from the ID system each morning, so newly created ID photos will not be visible until the next day. Per recommendation of the University of Memphis Office of Legal Counsel, student photos are NOT shown for course sections that are fully online.
