Jordan Monty

  • B.S. in Sport Management, East Tennessee State University
  • M.S. in Sport Administration, Northwestern State University

Jordan joined the staff in January 2012 to serve as an Intern in the Center for Athletic Academic Services.  In July 2013, she was hired as the Athletic Academic Counselor for men's and women's track & field and cross country. Jordan will also serve as our tutor program coordinator.

In addition to serving as an academic counselor, Jordan is a member of National Association of Academic Advisors for Athletics (N4A).

While completing her undergraduate degree at East Tennessee State University, Jordan was a member of the women's soccer team.  She is originally from Dallas, Texas, and enjoys watching sports, playing sports, and spending time with her family and friends.

Academic Highlight

Baseball (3.225), Men’s Cross Country (3.736), Men’s Golf (3.402), Women’s Golf (3.711), and Women’s Tennis (3.614) posted the highest team GPA of all Conference USA for 2011-12 and received the Conference USA Sport Academic Award. Baseball and Women’s Golf achieved this honor for the third consecutive year and Men’s Golf for the second year in a row
