Arrangements to conduct on-campus interviews may be made by completing the On-Line Campus Recruiting Information Form.
Completing the On-Line Campus Recruiting Form from the above link automatically returns
it to the Recruiting Coordinator for Career Services. Should you encounter difficulty

Interviews with students may be scheduled on an OPEN or PRE-SELECT basis:
OPEN - Interviews are scheduled by the CS staff with qualified students who request appointments.
Most of the time though it is more advantageous to set up a pre-select schedule in
order to select students you are most interested in.
PRE-SELECT - You select students for interviews from the resumes of students requesting appointments.
Approximately three weeks before your campus visit we will send via email resumes
of students requesting appointments. You select the students you wish to interview
and advise us. We then schedule appointments with students you select.
Recruiting literature,CD's videotapes, posters or other information you wish students
to have prior to interviewing should be forwarded at least 30 days prior to your recruiting
visit. Application forms may be also sent if you wish them completed before interviewing.
If your organization has a website, it will be linked directly to your eRecruiting profile so that students can readily access it to prepare for their interviews.
Informational meetings with students scheduled for interviews may be arranged in the
University Center, if you wish. Audio/video equipment and food services may be arranged
for a fee, if requested in advance.
Advertising may be placed in the campus newspaper, The Daily Helmsman, by contacting
the Business Manager, at The University of Memphis, 113 Journalism Building, Memphis,
TN 38152 or calling (901) 678-2191. The Daily Helmsman is published daily Tuesday
