Career preparation should take place throughout your college experience, beginning with your first semester on campus. And there's no time like the present to define your future!

The Memphis Career Preparation Academy (MCPA) is here to help UofM freshmen and transfer students become "Tiger Talent Ready" and make the most of their college experience. We'll teach you how to take the necessary steps to get ahead and gain the skills and experiences employers are seeking.

Planning for your career is a big step, but you don't have to do it alone. Prepare for the long run and gain career guidance on the road to and through college at MCPA!
