Academic Status Appeals for Summer/Fall 2012

 

WALK-IN APPEALS

Students may be seen without an appointment during the following times:

May 29 - June 1, 2012
(This walk-in period is for Students planning to attend summer 2012 ONLY!)

9:30 to 11:30am & 1:00 to 5:30pm (Monday-Thursday)
10:00 to 12:00 Noon & 1:00 to 4:00pm (Friday)

(Important Note: Sign-ins will stop at an earlier time than posted to ensure all students are seen during the designated times. Dates are contingent based on availability of Student Information System. If myMemphis is down, appeals cannot be heard.)

August 20 - 24, 2012
(This walk-in period is for Students planning to attend fall 2012 ONLY!)

BEFORE A STUDENT CAN BE SEEN:

•Spring 2012 Grades must be final for summer appeals, and summer 2012 Grades must be final for Fall appeals.
• Official transcripts for classes taken at other colleges must be received by Admissions prior to the review.
• A Summer 2012 application must be on file with Admissions prior to deadline of May 1, 2012 for Summer enrollment, and August 1, 2012 for Fall enrollment (for transfer & readmit applicants ONLY)

No suspension appeals will be heard after classes begin on June 4, 2012 for Full Summer Session and August 25, 2012 for Fall. No Exceptions!

 


READMISSION DEADLINES

Deadline for Summer 2012 readmission/transfer students below 2.0 applications: May 1, 2012.
Deadline for Fall 2012 readmission/transfer students below 2.0 applications: August 1, 2012.
