Each year, the Dean is required to arrange for departmental faculty to assess chairs/directors. To facilitate that process, an online evaluation form is provided.

Each faculty member will log onto the site during a specified time period and evaluate the appropriate department chair or division director. The time frame for evaluating chair/performance over the course of the 2011 calendar year is January 4 - January 27, 2012.

Results of the evaluation will be compiled by the Dean's Office and presented to chairs/directors after they have completed their faculty evaluations.
