Desoto County Reception for Students Considering Attending U of M

Students who are interested in attending the University of Memphis are invited to a reception on Tuesday, January 20, at the Desoto Civic Center in Southaven.  The event will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Representatives from the U of M’s Office of Recruitment and Orientation Services will be there to meet with students and their families to discuss such matters as the application and admissions process, the Tennessee in-state tuition that is available to students in Desoto, Marshall, Tate, and Tunica counties in Mississippi, and the many scholarship opportunities offered through the University.
