The Center's vision is to be an advocate for students in transition in the University of Memphis community and beyond. Its mission is to promote success for students in transition by providing resources and assistance to meet  individual needs.

The Center for Academic Transition houses the offices of Academic Transfer and Articulation, General Education, Academic Advising, and Academics 1100, our program of introduction for students at the University. This Center is part of the Division of Academic Affairs and works closely with the offices of Enrollment Services and Student Affairs.

Walk-in advising sessions have been established to accommodate continuing and new transfer students.  If you have not been admitted to the University and are seeking information about transfer visit us at Transition Thursdays for Transfer students.
