Graduate Students

The College of Communication and Fine Arts offers master's degrees in all of its academic departments as well as the Scheidt School of Music, and doctoral degrees in Communication and Music.

Admission to the Graduate School is open to anyone holding a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, along with the specific requirements for Graduate School admission. Some of CCFA's graduate programs have special admission requirements and prerequisites, such as auditions and portfolio reviews.

Graduate students are admitted to the University of Memphis through a cooperative effort of the Office of Admissions, the Graduate School and the departments, colleges and schools of the University.
