The College of Communication and Fine Arts, as well as all of our departments and the Scheidt School of Music, offers various scholarships, fellowships and awards that are available to students who major in one of the College's programs.

All of our scholarships and fellowships are highly competitive. Application deadlines and submission requirements vary. For more information about scholarships and fellowships in your department or the School of Music contact your scholarship coordinator. For fellowships contact the graduate studies coordinator.

Additionally, the University's Undergraduate Scholarship Office awards hundreds of academic scholarships each year to entering freshmen. All scholarships are awarded for the academic year: fall and spring semesters. Graduate assistantships and fellowships are also available through CCFA's departments and schools.

Scholarships are awarded based on information submitted on your admissions application to the University of Memphis. A separate scholarship application is not required unless specified. The deadline for admission to be considered for  most University of Memphis scholarships is March 1.
