Memphis Police Training Academy: Dr. Richard James (CEPR) and Dr. Pamela Cogdal (CEPR) have partnered with the Memphis Police Academy for over 10 years in training police officers who are going through CIT (crisis intervention training certification). Dr. James is one of the original developers of the training model currently used by Memphis as well as 30 other national police departments. Drs. James and Cogdal also use the model to train students during these outreach endeavors.
