Sang-Rok Lee earned a bachelors degree in Physical Education from the Daejeon University and a masters degree with concentration in Measurement and Evaluation in Physical Education from the Kookmin University in South Korea. After completing his another master degree with an emphasis in exercise physiology from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in Exercise Physiology with emphasis in Muscle Physiology at The Florida State University. During Ph.D. training, he served as a lab manager in the Muscle Physiology lab and collaborated with the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory where he was tasked with conceiving and implementing projects on age-induced muscle wasting, termed sarcopenia. Sang-Rok is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Cardiorespiratory-Metabolic Lab working with Dr. Richard J Bloomer.
