them real world examples, and defaming the myth that young people are not prepared
to own a business.
Business Plan Basics, learn the basics of developing a business plan including why it is very important
to develop a business plan, the key element, and several tools to assist you in the
Lunch/Dinner with an Entrepreneur small sessions developed to introduce aspiring business owners to successful entrepreneurs,
who share their experiences, wisdom and offer advice about starting a new business.
Thinking Like an Entrepreneur offers students and community members an overview of the personal characteristics
as well as the necessary commitment to launch a successful start-up. We will share
the secrets that will help you successfully develop an amazing opportunity that allows
you to create your own destiny
White Board Sessions are open forums designed for inspiring entrepreneurs to present their business idea
before an audience of students, faculty members, staff, and community business leaders
who offer a healthy critique and idea building. Presenters receive valuable feedback
and leads to helpful resources that can help them execute or make their idea better.
Are you a student with an idea? Thanks to the formation of our partner student organization: The Young Entrepreneurs
Club, students now have an outlet specifically dedicated to the development of their
entrepreneurial aspirations. Meetings are held every other Thursday in room 326 of
the FedEx Institute of Technology.
