• 3D structures at mid-ocean ridges including oceanic core complexes
• Enhancing reproducibility of computational geodynamic models with GeoTrust
• Fully coupled thermo-mechanics and effects of thermal stresses on the deformation of cooling oceanic lithosphere
• Seismo-tectonics of intra-plate seismic zones
• Applying advances in computational techniques (e.g., adaptive mesh refinement, acceleration using co-processors) to tectonic modeling
