All Roads Lead to China - Chinese Summer Camp

         Mandarin Chinese is the most widely spoken language in the world.
         Mandarin Chinese is the third most spoken language in the United States.
         More people speak English in China than speak English in the United States.
         One-fifth of the world's population lives in China.

 

Come join us this summer! We will spend an action packed week learning Tai Chi, Chinese dancing, Chinese martial arts, Mandarin Chinese, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese sculpting, Chinese paper cutting, Wushu, and so much more! In addition, your child will enjoy Chinese cooking demonstrations, special performances, and pick up new Mandarin language skills. We will also offer various tastes of China daily with Chinese food for lunch along with two healthy snacks daily!

Camp is only $150 and includes lunch, arts and crafts, sports, and cultural activities. The camp is only available for 50 campers so sign up right away! The first annual Chinese summer camp is hosted by the Confucius Institute at the University of Memphis (CIUM) and Hutchison.
