Picking up your diploma, instead of having it mailed is welcomed.

Students may request to pick up his or her diploma rather than having it mailed. In order to arrange pick up*, students need to email commencement@memphis.edu. Provide a contact number and/or email. The office will contact the student/alum when the diploma is ready.  Please bring a photo ID in order to pick up the diploma.

*You may send someone to pick up your diploma on your behalf.  The office must have written communication. Please email commencement@memphis.edu stating permission that the person you designate may pick up your diploma. This person must have his or her ID when they come to pick up the diploma.

Please note: All Financial Holds must be paid before diplomas are mailed or picked up.
