Faculty Information

The upcoming Commencement will take place on Saturday, May 5, 2012. We appreciate your attending. We look forward to seeing you at the Forum on Commencement day! Please see below for the breakdown of colleges and schools:

Saturday, May 5, 2012

Times:

10:00 a.m.- College of Arts and Sciences, College of Communication and Fine Arts, University College, and Doctoral hoodings for these colleges.

3:00 p.m.-Fogelman College of Business and Economics, College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, Herff College of Engineering, Loewenberg School of Nursing, School of Public Health, School of Communication Sciences and Disorders and Doctoral hoodings for these colleges/schools.

10 a.m. Faculty Attending. Begin arriving at 9:00 a.m., no later than 9:30 a.m. Go to the Event Level and follow the arrows (on the ground) to the Hockey Locker Room.

3 p.m. Faculty Attending. Begin arriving at 2 p.m., no later than 2:30 p.m. Go to the Event Level and follow the arrows (on the ground) to the Hockey Locker Room

Traffic WILL be problematic, especially preceding the afternoon ceremony. Please be sure to plan your arrival times with traffic in mind. Arriving earlier than the recommended time is highly suggested.

Alternate (backup) date if Forum occupied on Saturday by Grizzlies due to Playoff schedule game or regular season game Commencement would be held on:

Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the FedExForum

12 p.m. (Arts and Sciences, University College, Communication and Fine Arts, and doctoral hoodings for these colleges) –arrive by 11:30 a.m.

5 p.m. (Business, Education, Engineering, Nursing, School of Public Health, School of Communication Sciences and Disorders and doctoral hoodings for these colleges and schools)—arrive by 4:30 p.m.
