Congratulations on your accomplishment!  We are excited to help celebrate you on this important day.  To ensure the success of this celebration, there are a few things the Commencement Office needs you to do:

• Be sure that you have completed the appropriate (undergraduate or graduate) checklist, then select one of the links to the right for more information.
• Update your diploma mailing address online. All students MUST ensure that we have an address on file to mail their diploma prior to graduation day. Diplomas will be mailed after certifications are received (at least two months after the graduation ceremony)
• Please make sure all fees are paid to ensure that your diploma is not put on financial hold.  To pay fees, go to http://my.memphis.edu and click on the Account$ tab, click view/pay fees or you may call the Bursar’s Office directly at 901-678-5579
