You must confirm that your name appears correctly in the program proof prior to submitting an Attendance Card.

• Undergraduates ONLY: Please review the program proof and submit your attendance card early to reserve a seat with your college or school. This is MANDATORY for all undergraduate students, including reviewing all parts of the checklist. You attendance card submission name MUST match your program proof name.  Please CLICK HERE to login and submit your attendance card. The deadline to submit this attendance card is Wednesday, April 18th, 2012 by 12 noon (no later). Completing this card by the deadline provides you a chair at graduation.

Important: Filling out the attendance card online is REQUIRED and the only way for the Commencement Office to know you are attending the Commencement ceremony or not. Filing out the attendance card reserves a seat for you with your college.
