• DURING the SEMESTER in which you are graduating, you MUST view your name in the Program Proof (contact your Graduation Analyst if it is not listed or wrong) and Complete Step 4-the Attendance/Non-Attendance Required Form by the deadline (This card reserves a seat for you with your college. This is the only way we know you are attending).
