CONGRATULATIONS as you approach the most significant milestone of your education to date – the Baccalaureate Degree! To ensure you receive your diploma, you need to complete all asterisked items on the right (see below for details). The graduation processis most easily understood by using the “Graduation Checklist” link, also on the right. We’ve answered questions most frequently asked by our undergraduate students, so please check that link, and if you still have questions feel free to contact us!
Please make sure you complete the Undergraduate ATTENDANCE card by the deadline (This card reserves a seat for you with your college. This is the only way we know you are attending). Please submit and print the confirmation page. Undergraduates must bring a copy of the confirmation page to cap and gown pick up.

To clarify the pronunciation of your name, you may visit with your pronouncer on: Thursday, December 17 (10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for colleges/schools for Ms. Wang--see below) or Friday, December 18, 2009, (10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for colleges/schools for Dr. deWitt) at the office of the appropriate Pronouncer. The colleges are listed on the left below with the pronouncers and office locations in the right-hand column:
