Class Descriptions

Cycle

Cycle is a high-energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of body conditioning based on using positioning and gravity to work the muscles.

 

Ab Lab

Ab lab is a high-energy class that focuses on the core.

 

Yoga

Yoga uses slow movements, stretching, and breathing and relaxation strategies to increase flexibility and balance and reduce stress.

 

Zumba

Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

 

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a high-intensity workout that consists of a strength and cardiovascular workout.

Yogalates

This class features stretches and exercises that combine yoga and Pilates movements and stretches. Participants will get a good core workout while also enjoying a great stretch. 

Total Body Conditioning

This class will enable you to work out every part of your body. Core, plyometrics, stability, and body weight exercises will all be integrated into this total body workout.

Workout Recovery

Workout recovery uses a combination of stretching and muscle relaxation in order for muscles to recover and grow. 

Belly Dancing

Incorporates belly dancing movements for invigorating cardio and core workout.

Dance Fitness

Dance-based cardio workout similar to Zumba, with an emphasis on hip-hop moves.
