Free Fitness Assessments

A fitness assessment will determine your current fitness level and help you plan a new exercise routine. Assessments are free for all full-time students, so we recommend getting one prior to your exercise program and periodically after you start a new program (every 3-4 months).

After each assessment you'll receive a printout of your results showing your fitness rating compared to national norms. Based on your results, we'll follow up with a brief consultation to provide more fitness tips and guidance. For those serious about improving their fitness level, we recommend scheduling an appointment with a personal trainer to obtain more detailed direction.

Assessments may be tailored to meet each individual's needs. Recommended measurements include the following.

  • Body Fat
  • Body Composition
  • Flexibility
  • Cardiovascular Strength
  • Blood Pressure
