Functional Training

Focuses on strength and toning exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.

PiYo Strength

A music-driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of Pilates and Yoga that also includes flexibility training, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. PiYo is a low-impact workout that is accessible regardless of age or body type. It follows a fusion format that moves quickly and powerfully, leaving your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined. No previous Yoga or Pilates experience required.

Turbo Kick

Combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training for an unbelievable calorie burn. This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sport drills, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Great music and high energy will keep you moving and feeling fit. Kick, punch, and groove in this action-packed, super fun, cardiovascular workout. 

The Tone Up

Encourages hard work while working at your own pace. Cardio, strength, power, and endurance-- this class covers it all. Each session is a little different to keep the workout fresh. Feel free to join us for an epic class experience!

Foundations of Group Exercise

Have you ever wanted to attend a fitness class but found yourself being too intimidated? Well our Foundations of Group Exercise class is for you! It teaches proper exercise techniques in a laid-back and friendly environment that will make you feel comfortable attending other group classes.

Boot Camp

A high-intensity workout that consists of strength and cardiovascular exercises, targeting all major muscle groups. 


A high-energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Cycle Sculpt

Can't decide between doing cardio and strength training? This class is a combination of cardio and strength training intervals to give you a great, all-around workout!

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

This class features short, intense intervals of cardio exercises to elevate the heart rate and provide a full-body workout.

Agility Training

This high-intensity, total-body fitness class combines fast-paced intervals to build strength and speed.


Yoga integrates slow movements, stretching, and breathing, as well as relaxation strategies to increase flexibility, balance and strength while reducing stress.

Power Yoga

An active and athletic style of yoga that moves at a slightly faster pace than a traditional yoga class and is great for strength training. You'll leave this class feeling more calm, energized and less stressed. 


An exhilarating, easy-to-follow and high calorie-burning dance fitness party that is Latin-inspired.

Tai Chi

A low-impact, ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai Chi is a wonderful way to decrease stress and/or anxiety and increase flexibility, balance, and strength.

Self Defense

Teaches self-protection techniques, evading techniques, and escape techniques. This course is designed to empower students so that they each have confidence to protect and to defend him/herself.
