Boot Camp

A high-intensity workout that consists of strength and cardiovascular exercises, targeting all major muscle groups. 

Booty Works

This resistance-training class focuses on the lower body and glutes.


A high-energy stationary bike workout that enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.


In this strength-based class, you will squat, flex, and work your way to flexibility, endurance, and strength!

Hard Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This class features short, intense intervals of cardio exercises to elevate the heart rate and provide a full-body workout.

Hip Hop

This high-energy dance workout will burn calories while boosting your dance technique and coordination.


A music-driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind-body practices of Pilates and Yoga that includes flexibility and strength training using dynamic movement.

Power Hour

This class focuses on plyometrics, muscle endurance, and cardio.

Rip and Ride

This class is a combination of cycling (using stationary bikes) and strength training intervals off the bike.


Teaches self-protection techniques, evading techniques, and escape techniques. This course is designed to empower students so that they each have confidence to protect and to defend him/herself.

Yoga integrates slow movements, stretching, and breathing, as well as relaxation strategies to increase flexibility, balance and strength while reducing stress.

Zumba+RED Fitness Dance

This dance fitness class is half Latin-inspired Zumba and half based on other world rhythms and exercises.
