Join us for Midday Moves

Free outdoor fitness activities every weekday, Monday through Thursday, from 12:30 to 1 p.m. on the Alumni Mall (on the lawn between the UC and the Administration Building). Upcoming events include:

Train Like an Athlete

For a limited time, you can purchase two training sessions with Mike Ekanem, Assistant Strength Coach for The University of Memphis Men's Basketball Team. The sessions will be held on Sat., Oct. 25 and Sat., Nov. 1 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sessions will include strength training, plyometrics, speed and agility, Olympic lifts, and stretching. Enjoy authentic pro athlete training worth $90 for only $20! For students only. Call 678-1383 to register or for more information.

A free, eight-week program for students. Meet once a week, either Tuesday or Thursday, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., to improve your health and fitness. Program includes basic health assessment, nutrition education, and eight group fitness workouts with a certified personal trainer.

Buddy Workout Sessions

It’s always more fun to work out with a friend!
For only $20 per person, per session, you and a friend can work out together with a certified personal trainer!
Up to four participants can work out together during each session.
Open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members.
