CROW Director Joins the Board of Directors of the National Council for Research on
Women
Lynda M. Sagrestano, Ph.D., Director of the Center for Research on Women(CROW) at the University of Memphis, was invited to join the Board of Directors of the National Council for Research on Women (NCRW).
NCRW, established in 1982, is a network of 120 leading research, policy and advocacy centers dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls. In partnership with business, academic, nonprofit, and philanthropic organizations, NCRW advances collaborative and transformative change, both nationally and globally.
CROW was among the original 28 founding member centers, and remains an active part of the NCRW network.
Senate Resolution Honors CROW
Tennessee Senate Joint Resolution No. 236 honors and commends CROW for "its tremendous efforts on behalf of women everywhere and its dedicated service to the greater Memphis community and the State of Tennessee."
