Welcome prospective students! The application process for admission to our graduate degree programs is outlined for you after you select the appropriate link below. There is only one application form for our degree programs.

Each link provides the necessary steps involved in the application process and the required documents needed to complete your application file. Information is also provided regarding where documents are to be mailed and names of individuals to contact if you have additional questions about the application process.

Please note that admission for the professional degree programs occurs only in the fall term each year. All application materials for the professional degree programs (including academic transcripts and Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores) should be received by February 1st for the following Fall admissions class.

Applications for the professional degree programs (AuD and MA) are due by February 1st each year.

Ph.D. application materials are reviewed three times a year for applications completed by February 1st, June 1st, or October 1st each year.
