Satisfaction with Amplification in Daily Life (SADL) |
|
 |
Description: The SADL scale has been designed to evaluate the satisfaction that people feel with
their current hearing aids. It quantifies satisfaction using a global score and four
subscales: Positive Effect, Service and Cost, Negative Features, and Personal Image.
The SADL can be used to examine a person's experience with a new or current hearing
aid or to assess differences between previous and new hearing aids. The clinician
would also be able to compare the individual's level of satisfaction with his/her
current hearing aid to that of other hearing aid users.
