RODP exams at The University of Memphis are administered in campus computer labs. Computers in these labs are protected and can only be accessed by University of Memphis
students. If you are not a University of Memphis student, you must choose another proctor at
a TBR site or alternative location.
-
If you are a UofM student and your RODP course exam(s) require a proctor as stated by your instructor or in the course syllabus, please access our RODP Exam Scheduler.
We encourage you to make this appointment as soon as you know that you need a proctored
exam. Space is limited. Review all locations for availability, and schedule a separate
appointment for every exam that must be proctored.
We do not schedule appointments via phone or email.
-
All RODP exam appointments must be set no later than 48 hours prior to the start of
the exam period. No appointments will be accepted after Friday, May 3rd for final exams.
-
Only students who have scheduled their proctored exam appointment online through the
The University of Memphis RODP Exam Scheduler will be allowed to take a RODP exam. Students arriving at the computer lab without an appointment will be turned away.
-
Students must bring a valid photo ID or they will not be able to take their exam.
-
Students must power down all cell phones and electronic devices before entering the
testing area and put them with other personal items in a location away from the computer.
-
Students who arrive late will not be given additional time at the end of the session
to finish their exam. Please arrive early to ensure you have enough time to sign in
and be logged into your exam. Once the testing session is over, you will have to leave
the computer lab.
-
Students who do not show for their scheduled testing appointment or do not schedule
an appointment before the deadline, must choose another proctor at a TBR site or alternative location.
-
Please note: The exam appointment scheduler will not allow anyone to reschedule appointments
during exam week. If you log into your account during exam week and cancel an appointment,
you will not be able to choose another appointment. Rescheduling of appointments will
only be processed with documented extenuating circumstances submitted to mewart@memphis.edu.
-
University of Memphis RODP Proctors will only use the RODP-approved proctor website
to obtain password and information on materials allowed for exams. We strongly recommend
that you inform your RODP instructor of this to ensure they have all exam information
current.
