Extended Programs, along with the African and African American Studies Program, has purchased digital rights for over 60 videos. The content is available for video streaming in University courses via Extended Programs’ Mediasite server. The content can only be transmitted via secure, password-protected Intranet; cannot be edited, cut, or modified; cannot be exhibited for non-educational purposes; cannot be uploaded or available to publicly accessible Internet network; and is protected under the U.S. and all applicable copyright laws. Videos may be utilized in instructional settings or in connection with other non-teaching, University-related activities provided no admission fee is charged. Videos to be viewed by students outside the traditional classroom must be set up for access within their eCourseware class site. Faculty interested in using any of this content should contact Shelia Owens (sowens@memphis.edu or 901-678-2236) to make arrangements. To access the database of titles which is displayed in RefShare, the sharing module of RefWorks, just click on the link below. You have the option to print, export, or generate a reference list from within RefShare. These options, if available, will appear at the top left of the View area when you click on the link. Additional information on this database, which is provided by the database owner, can be found by clicking on the About This Database menu item.
