The Masters of Arts in Teaching Degree (MAT) is designed for prospective educators seeking the initial teacher licensure at the graduate level. It is also available to  licensed graduates who are seeking additional licensing in one or more areas. Students may pursue licensure in certain disciplines as science, English, mathematics, and social studies.
