The University of Memphis, College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, Department of Leadership, is proud to offer the online Masters degree in Leadership and Policy Studies with a concentration in Leadership. The program is designed to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to function effectively as a leader in settings such as colleges and universities, community organizations, health and governmental agencies, or corporate training divisions of business and industry.

The M.S. Leadership degree is designed for working adults who face the challenges of balancing multiple responsibilities. Two courses are offered each semester. Take two courses each semester (fall, spring, and summer), and you will be able to complete your degree in two years. You may complete this degree entirely online or by combining online courses with courses offered on our campus located in Memphis, Tennessee.
